Bingeing and Restricting

I feel as though there are two major opposing forces in the health and wellness world right now: diet mentality versus intuitive eating.  One person is telling you to go Paleo or do Whole30 and the other is telling you to "simply" listen to your body.  There are too many dietary theories out there and I'm so over feeling like there is a right and wrong way to eat.  Who's with me?

Size Don't Matter

Last weekend, my roommate and I went shopping for her back-to-school outfit (she's a teacher).  We ended up going to her favorite store in the mall and she ended buying three pieces of clothing, one dress and two shirts.  You would think that they'd all be the same size but NOPE.  Each item was a completely different size.  She and I were both surprised but this goes to show that the tag on your clothing DEFINITELY does not define who you are.
