3 Reflections After a Weekend of Meditating

This past weekend, I attended a Kundalini yoga retreat that was absolutely wonderful and much needed. During the weeks leading up to the retreat, I was in a constant state of go-go-go and do-do-do so much so that I reached the point of burning out.
