Don't Diet in 2019

As I’m writing this blog, it is the first Monday of 2019 and boy was it the Mondayest of Monday’s. Over the weekend, I went to the coffee shop (as usual) to get some work done. While at the coffee shop, I enjoyed a monster cookie (which if you don’t know contains all the good stuff…chocolate chips, M&M’s, peanut butter) with a side of coffee.
